About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in private practice in San Francisco for eleven years. I provide psychotherapy, coaching and support to individuals, couples and groups. My counseling style is empathic, warm and collaborative. My treatment modalities include psychodynamic, solution focused (Cognitive Behavioral), and Transpersonal. I specialize in fertility counseling and helping you to understand and cope with the many complexities and stressors inherent to your journey. I help you to navigate the overwhelming emotional and medical aspects of the process. Guiding you to reframe this life altering experience as an opportunity to expand your self-awareness is central to my work. Additionally, I specialize in issues related to third party reproduction and parenting with donor egg, post infertility pregnancy, post partum depression, new parenting hurdles and the challenges specific to parenting twins. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for eighteen years. I strive to integrate the healing aspects of these practices and to cultivate an environment of mutual trust, compassion and loving-kindness.
